Terms & Conditions
All class sessions including courses and drop in purchases made are non-refundable. Classes are a minimum of 40 minutes and maximum of 90 minutes with the exception of workshops which are usually longer. Additional time spent outside classes will be billed at a minimum of 40 minutes.

Courses and drop in classes may be transferable to another class that week by prior arrangement. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. I may due to exceptional circumstances cancel any class. In the event a class is cancelled you will be offered an alternative session, a refund or other arrangement.
Workshop and Retreat bookings are final and non refundable. A booking my be transferred to another equivalent Workshop or Retreat at my discretion.
Privacy Statement
I hold your name and email address details which have been collected through yoga sessions or through your newsletter opt in. If you have attended sessions with me I will have a record of the amount of money you have paid, dates and class attendance. I hold this data to comply with HMRC tax requirements.

I store your data in Mailchimp - an email processing tool which complies with all world wide data privacy laws including GDPR. I also store it in my spreadsheets for monitoring of attendance at classes and confirmation of payments made.

I may use your data to send you ad-hoc email updates from Mailchimp or directly from me, to share yoga related news that may be relevant and to keep you updated as to any changes to classes. I do not share your data with any other parties unless where your express consent has been given, for example when a yoga session is in collaboration with another yoga practitioner.

You can delete your data at any time by using the unsubscribe link in Mailchimp or by contacting me directly.

I will be using Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information. I will not make or give permission for Google to make any attempt to find out the identity of those visiting my website.
